Refund policy

At Humeyrart Gallery, we strive to provide each customer with a unique experience through our artworks. If you are not satisfied with your piece, you may initiate a return under certain conditions.

2. Return Conditions

Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and undamaged.

Returns are not accepted for orders outside of the United States.

3. Return Process

Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed information about the return process.
The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
The returned artwork must be shipped back to us, and upon receipt, it will be inspected. The return will be processed based on the item’s condition.

4. Return Processing and Refunds

Once the return is approved, your payment will be refunded to the original payment method used for the order.
Return processing typically takes 5-7 business days.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective artwork, please contact us immediately.
In this case, the return process will be initiated; however, the item must be shipped back to us. Upon receipt, the item will be inspected, and the return will be processed based on its condition.
